I am doing well on my daily Curves routine and eating on plan for Atkins. I really have to make sure that I eat in a timely manner. I get involved in something else (usually the internet) and I forget to eat (something that doesn't EVER happen when I am not on Atkins). I really do love that about Atkins.
I eat all the things necessary to keep me going. Veggies, butter, cheese, and meat (with healthy grains included in their due time). I really do SO much better without the starches and sugars in my body. I don't know WHY I won't keep this up (and fall off the wagon).
